Sister of murder victim holds vigil on the sixth anniversary of tragedy

FREEPORT - On the sixth anniversary of the brutal murder of Tiffany Smith, Shavon Munnings held a vigil in memory of her sister in an effort to bring awareness to domestic violence on Grand Bahama.
